Track Personnel Employment Data
You can track personnel employment information such as citizenship status, Social Security or Social Insurance number, hire date, termination date (if applicable), and more.
- On the Personnel tab, click All Personnel or the appropriate personnel section then Employment.
- Locate the appropriate record.
- Enter or select any information you want to include.Note: You can set each user's access rights to this information. On the Administration tab, click There is a program level under Personnel for the Employment Window and Social Security Number. .
- At the top, click Save.
