Personnel

The Personnel windows display information about your clergy, deacons, seminarians, religious, staff, teachers, catechists, and volunteers. You can also track events and classes for personnel. To view all of your personnel records, on the Personnel tab, click All Personnel. If you only want to view records for a specific group, for example, staff, click Staff. Pick a topic in the navigation menu to learn more about it.

Employee view only: Standalone Personnel Application

ACST Employees: As of the DioOffice 11.2B release, we offer a standalone version of the Personnel section. This way, dioceses can continue to use the Personnel section if they move to another ChMS product. In Test Mode, this option can be enabled or disabled with the Personnel Only checkbox on the Internal Flags tab in the Initial Setup window. You must exit the program to activate it. With the checkbox selected, you can only see the File menu, Diocese tab, Personnel tab, Reports tab, and Administration tab, along with the keywords, processes, and reports related to institution and personnel management. No financial information is present in this version.
