Enter Alternate Addresses for Personnel
- On the Personnel tab, click All Personnel or the appropriate personnel section then Assigned/Affiliated.
- Locate the appropriate record.
- On the Assignments/Affiliations tab, select the assignment or affiliation that the alternate address is associated with.
- On the Alternate Addr. subtab for the assignment/affiliation, enter or select any information you want to include.
- If you've added the address elsewhere in the program, select it from the Alternate Addr. drop-down list. Otherwise, select Add New Other Address, then enter the alternate address information and click Save.
- For Active From and Active To, enter a number for the month and day when the personnel stays at the alternate address.
- At the top, click Save.
