Enter Alternate Addresses for Personnel

Add an alternate address for personnel who spend part of the year at one location and part of the year at another. For example, students and seminarians may live on campus during the school year. You can specify the dates when mail should be sent to the personnel's alternate address.
  1. On the Personnel tab, click All Personnel or the appropriate personnel section then Assigned/Affiliated.
  2. Locate the appropriate record.
  3. On the Assignments/Affiliations tab, select the assignment or affiliation that the alternate address is associated with.
  4. On the Alternate Addr. subtab for the assignment/affiliation, enter or select any information you want to include.
    1. If you've added the address elsewhere in the program, select it from the Alternate Addr. drop-down list. Otherwise, select Add New Other Address, then enter the alternate address information and click Save.
    2. For Active From and Active To, enter a number for the month and day when the personnel stays at the alternate address.
  5. At the top, click Save.
