Task Owner/Email From Fields
This can be one of the following:
- Specific User
- Supervisor
- Lookup User
- Specific User
- Hides the drop-down list and determines the Supervisor from the context.
- Supervisor
- Hides the drop-down list and determines the Supervisor from the context.
- Lookup User
- Displays the Lookup User field which requires a lookup value. Dynamically looks up the user you want to assign the task or list as sending the email based on the main record. Generally, the value in this field ends in "User_ID" or "User_Account" (with or without brackets). This field supports the Table Lookup Convention. The starting point for this SQL value must be from the page or table attached to this Process.
Note: It is important to configure this properly.
