Your contributors each give individual gifts towards specific funds throughout the year. In order to record them, they must be part of a batch.

Occasionally, a contributor will give to two or more separate funds. To avoid going through the giving process more than once, they'll split their gift.

Split gifts are indicated by the icon. Hover over this icon to see how much was given towards each fund. If a split gift is only partially deductible, this is also indicated by a Nondeductible label under the nondeductible fund in the split. This label displays when you print a gift list report.
