Forget a Matched Account
Remove an account that was saved after a check was scanned.
- You must have the Enter Gifts permission to perform this task. See Responsibilities for more information.
When you scan checks into a batch, accounts are matched to the contributors Realm identifies. If a congregant's account changes, you may want to remove the old one from this record.
- In the top-left corner, click your ministry hub then Realm. Then click .
- On the Matched Accounts tab, click
. Then, select Delete.
- To confirm, click Forget.
