Edit or void a posted gift.

1. In the top-left corner, click your ministry hub then Realm. Then click Giving > Contributions.
2. Click Posted on the Manual tab.
3. Click the batch number that contains the gift to edit.
4. Click beside a gift and select one of the following:

   • Edit

   • Void

5. If you edit, make any necessary changes and click Save. If you void, select the date the gift was voided and enter a reason for the void. If you want to enter a gift to replace the void, click Void & Enter New Gift. Otherwise, click Void.

Edit, move, void, or issue refunds for an individual's gifts.

1. At the top of any page, search an individual's name, and select it.
2. Click the Giving tab on the individual's profile.
3. Click beside a gift, and select one of the following:

   • Edit— Make any necessary changes, then click Save.

   • Void— For manual gifts, enter a reason for the void. If you want to enter a gift to replace the void, click Void & Enter New Gift. Otherwise, click Void.

   • Issue Refund— For online gifts, enter a reason for the refund, and click Issue Refund.

   Note: If you edit the name or giving number of a processed online gift, the gift will move from the old contributor's giving history to the new one.
