Sync Profiles to Planning Center

Sync Realm with Planning Center

When you send worship volunteer information to Planning Center, you won't have to re-enter individuals' profile information such as names, emails, and phone numbers.

In Additional Features, you can authorize Realm to send information to Planning Center.
  1. In the top-left corner, click your ministry hub then Realm. Then click Settings > Additional Features.
  2. Beside Planning Center Online, click Edit Settings.
  3. Under Sync Contact Information to Planning Center, click Link a Planning Center Account.
  4. Enter your Planning Center username and password, then click Log In.
  5. When the authorization message displays, click Allow.
Once you've allowed syncing, only administrators can send data to Planning Center.

You can sync up to 50 individuals. To start syncing profiles, click Manage Planning Center Synced Profiles.
