Sync Profiles to Planning Center

Stop Syncing Profiles to Planning Center

You can remove a profile from Planning Center syncing.

If an individual is no longer involved with worship, you can stop syncing the profile with Planning Center. When you remove an individual from syncing, Realm profile information is no longer shared with Planning Center; however, the profile is not deleted there.

Since you can only sync 50 total profiles, you can also edit your synced profiles when syncing serving team members or groups.

  1. In the top-left corner, click your ministry hub then Realm. Then click Profiles > Synced to Planning Center
  2. Select the Realm profile(s) to stop syncing.
  3. Click the ellipsis icon , then click Stop Syncing.
