Change Note from Standard to Private
To further conceal profile notes, you can make them private.
- You'll need the Manage Private Notes permission among your responsibilities.
- To change a note from standard to private, you must have entered the note or be an administrator.
- Locate and open the record, then click the Notes tab.
- Next to the existing note, click
and Make note private.
- Confirm your action.
