Personnel Information

Add a Religious Order or Ministerial Status

Select the appropriate religious order for clergy or ministerial status for ministers.

  • You'll need the Add permission for the personnel type you want to add.

The terms you see depend on your denomination. Clergy and religious have religious order, whereas ministers have ministerial status.

  1. Locate and open the record you want to update.
  2. Click the personnel type tab.
  3. Click Add Religious Order or Add Ministerial Status.
  4. Enter the profession date associated with this religious order or ministerial status.
  5. Select the religious order or ministerial status.
    Note: Religious order and ministerial status list values can be customized under Profiles > Settings, on the Profile Fields tab.
  6. If you're adding a religious order, select or enter the presider.
  7. Click Save.
