Enter a Recurring Journal Entry

You must enter recurring journal entries before you close out the period. Entered entries display in the Recurring Journal Entry window.

  1. On the Transactions tab, click Journal Entries > Recurring Journal Entries.
  2. In the navigation pane, click Enter Recurring J.E..
  3. Enter the month. This is set to the current month by default, but you can change it to any month not yet closed.
  4. In the Enter Recurring Journal Entries grid, select the entries that you want to enter.
    Note: The information in this grid is view-only. You can edit the information in the Set Up Recurring Journal Entries window.
  5. To enter the entries, click Process.
