Assign Individual Survey Access

You can control access to any surveys you've set up.

Note: To show or hide the entire Surveys section, you can set access to the Surveys window in the Access and Privileges window, under the program area Parishes & Facilities. If you do that, note the following:
  • If a user has access to the Surveys window but has no access to a certain survey in this grid, the user cannot see that survey in the list.
  • If a user has access to the Surveys window and has view-only access to a certain survey, the user can see that survey in the list and view/analyze responses, but they cannot edit responses.
  1. On the Administration tab, click Users & Passwords > Survey Access.
  2. Locate the user you want to assign survey access to.
  3. For each survey listed, select an access option.
    • No Access—Users cannot access the indicated survey.
    • View Only Access—Users can view the indicated survey but can't edit it.
    • All Access—Users can access all windows and actions for the indicated survey.
      Tip: To give a user the same access to every survey, click Mark All No Access, Mark All View Only, or Mark All All Access. Then, if you want to further allow or restrict access, you can select or clear a survey.
  4. At the top, click Save.
