Assign a Survey

Before you can assign surveys, make sure you have set up the web service information.

After you create a survey, you can assign it to specific parishes/facilities.

  1. On the Parishes & Facilities tab, click Surveys.
  2. Select a survey in the list, and select Make Available to make it viewable within the PDS Office program at the parish.
  3. Click Assign this Survey to Parishes/Facilities.
  4. Select the checkbox next to each parish/facility you want to assign the survey to. To assign the survey to a group of parishes, click Select a Group and make your selections.
  5. Click Save.

After a parish/facility submits a survey, it's automatically locked. Once locked, the parish/facility can't change any information on the survey unless the diocese unlocks it. Also, when the diocese initially sends the survey, selecting the Locked checkbox prevents a parish/facility from submitting a survey.
