View Address Changes

See any changes someone made to a Household's address in the Audit Log.

  1. In the Basic menu, go to Contacts > Households, or in the Advanced menu, click Households.
  2. Click the Household record to open it.
  3. Click the jump link next to the Address field.
  4. Click Audit Log to expand the Audit Log and view all changes.

Delete Addresses

Permanently remove addresses from your account.

Typically, you do not delete a Household's Address, you would use a tool to update it. If you receive notice that a person or company is no longer at an address (without a forwarding address provided), you can edit the Household record, clear the Address field, and click Save.

However, to clean up one or more unused Address records, you can delete them.

  1. In the Advanced menu, go to Lookup Values > Addresses.
  2. Clear any current/unsaved selection.
  3. In the View drop-down list, select Address Not In Use.
  4. Select the records you want to delete.
  5. In the selection drop-down list, select Current/Unsaved Selection to see only the records you want to delete.
  6. Click the Actions button and click Delete.
  7. Review any dependencies, and click Delete to confirm the deletion.
