A milestone is an important date or accomplishment by a congregant or parishioner. It has significant meaning many months and years after it takes place. It may be a prerequisite for other accomplishments or milestones. Common Milestones include: Salvation decision, baptism, church membership date, and approved to serve.
A journey is a collection of milestones. Common Journeys include: Spiritual formation, assimilation, application to serve.
- For baptism, you might have a journey called "Baptism", with milestones of "Baptism Needed", "Baptism Class", "Baptism Interview", "Baptism Testimony", and "Baptism Service".
- For church membership, you might have a journey called "Membership", with milestones of "Membership Class", "Membership Interview", "Signed Church Covenant", and "Membership Service".
- In the navigation menu, click Milestones. Open the Milestone, and click the Participants tab.
