Set Up Event Calendars
Event calendars are useful for keeping your events organized. You can have up to 21 event calendars. You can also choose which calendar(s) should be selected by default when you create events.
When you create an event using one of the scheduling wizards, you can select which calendar the event displays on. If you set a default calendar, it will be selected automatically, but you can override this selection if needed.
To set calendar options for a group of events, use the Quick Post Event Calendars process.
