Realm Invitations

Invite Users from a Profile

Send a Realm invite to individuals.

  • You'll need the View Details for Individuals permission.
  • Individual must have a contact email address listed on their profile.

You can send an individual an invite to Realm from their profile page. Because the invitation is sent via email, the individual must have a contact email address listed on their profile, or the option to send an invite will not be available.

Note:

If there is not an option to send an individual an invitation, you must add a contact email address to their profile. To do this, click Edit, then enter the email address in the Email text box in the Email section.

  1. Locate the person you want to invite, and open his or her profile.
  2. Click the ellipsis icon next to their name at the top of the page, and select Send Invite.
    Note:

    Email Required

    Individuals must have an email address listed on their profile before you can send them an invitation.

  3. To see a list of invitees, click Profiles > Pending Invites. To send reminder emails, select the check box next to one or more individuals, then click Send a Reminder in the drop-down list at the top of the page.
    Note:

    You can also select Send Invite when creating a profile to issue an automated invitation.
