Select Direct Deposit as a Payment Method

In each employee's Wages/Master Paycheck window, select direct deposit as the payment method.

  1. On the Payroll tab, click Employees.
  2. Locate the employee who wants to use direct deposit.
  3. In the navigation pane, click Wages/Master Paycheck.
  4. Under Wages, in the Pmt. Method drop-down list, select Direct Deposit.
  5. At the top, click Save.

If selected, direct deposit will be the default option when you print paychecks.
