Select Direct Deposit as a Payment Method
In each employee's Wages/Master Paycheck window, select direct deposit as the payment method.
- On the Payroll tab, click Employees.
- Locate the employee who wants to use direct deposit.
- In the navigation pane, click Wages/Master Paycheck.
- Under Wages, in the Pmt. Method drop-down list, select Direct Deposit.
- At the top, click Save.
If selected, direct deposit will be the default option when you print paychecks.
