Payroll

In the Payroll portion of the program, you can maintain all employer and employee records and incorporate payroll data into your chart of accounts.

Payroll is installed at the same time as Ledger, but you need to follow additional start-up guidelines. Make sure you set up all necessary components before using Payroll. Pick a topic in the navigation menu to learn more about it.

Tip: Need to export a list of these records in a simple column format? Click Reports in the navigation pane, select a Listing report, then click Export List during the report process. The default file type is .csv, but you can export to .xml, .txt, .xls, or .ods, depending on how you want to use the file.
