Volunteer Recruitment and Management

Remove Potential Volunteers from a Team

You can remove volunteers from the Potential Volunteers list of a team.

Permissions Required

Only available to administrators and users who have the Add/Edit/Delete Volunteers permission.

Realm displays potential volunteers on a team's roster page based on matching a volunteer's skills and interests. However, if you want to dismiss a suggestion and remove someone from this list, you can do that.
  1. In the top-left corner, click your ministry hub then Realm. Then click Volunteers > Serving Teams.
  2. Click the team's name.
  3. Click the Roster tab.
  4. In the Potential Volunteer section, click the ellipsis icon next to the name of the volunteer.
  5. Select Remove from this List from the drop-down menu.
  6. To confirm, click Remove.
