Volunteer Recruitment and Management

Query Volunteers on a Team

You can create a query to get a list of volunteers on one or more teams.

Permissions Required

Only available to administrators and users who have the Manage Volunteer Teams/Serving Roles permission.

You can create a custom query to view a list of everyone who is on a specific team. You can also create a query that provides information for more than one team at a time.
  1. In the top-left corner, click your ministry hub then Realm. Then click Reporting > Custom Query.
  2. Select Serving Team from the Select a main attribute drop-down list.
  3. Select is equal to in the second drop-down menu, then select the team from the Select items drop-down menu. You can query on more than one team.
  4. Click Show Results.
