Volunteer Recruitment and Management

Query Volunteers by Approval Status

You can create a query to get a list of volunteers based on their approval status.

Permissions Required

Only available to administrators and users who have the Manage Volunteer Teams/Serving Roles permission.

You can create a custom query to see a list of volunteers who have a specific approval status. This allows you to determine who is still pending approval, and who has been approved to sever.
  1. In the top-left corner, click your ministry hub then Realm. Then click Reporting > Custom Query.
  2. Select Approval Status from the Select a main attribute drop-down list.
  3. Select the status from the second drop-down menu.
  4. Click Show Results.
