Volunteer Recruitment and Management

Approve Volunteers for a Team

You can approve volunteers who are pending from the team's page as individuals, or in mass.

Permissions Required

Only available to administrators and users who have the Add/Edit/Delete Volunteers permission.

If a volunteer is pending approval for one or more roles, you must approve them before they can join the team. You can also mass approve several volunteers at one time.
  1. In the top-left corner, click your ministry hub then Realm. Then click Volunteers > Serving Teams.
  2. Click the team's name.
  3. Click the Roster tab.
  4. Click the ellipsis icon and select Approve Volunteer from the drop-down list.
  5. If the volunteer is pending for more than one role, select the role from the list.
  6. To send an email notification to the volunteer, select Notify new volunteer.
  7. Click Approve.
    Note:

    Mass Approve Volunteers

    To approve more than one volunteer at a time, select the box next to each volunteer's name, then click Select an action... and select Approve Volunteer from the drop-down menu.
