Update a volunteer's serving preferences, availability, and unavailable dates as an administrator.

1. Locate the volunteer's Realm profile, then click the Serving Teams tab.
2. Click Edit Preferences.
3. Make the changes to the preferences. You can update how often they volunteer and what days they're available.
4. If you need to add a new unavailable date, click +Add date and enter the date or date range.
5. Click Save.

   Update Preferences in Other Locations

   • You can update a volunteer's preferences from a roles page. Click next to the name of the volunteer you want to edit, and select Edit Preferences.
   • You can update a volunteer's preferences from the roster page of any team. Click next to the name of the volunteer you want to edit, select Edit Roles/Preferences then click the Preferences tab.
