Volunteer Recruitment and Management

Feature Serving Roles

Feature serving roles for your volunteers.

Permissions Required

Only available to administrators and users who have the Manage Volunteer Teams/Serving Roles permission.

You can feature up to five serving roles on the Opportunities tab on the Serving page. This highlights those roles to let your church know what kind of volunteers you need the most.
  1. In the top-left corner, click your ministry hub then Realm. Then click Volunteers > Serving Roles.
  2. Click the ellipsis icon next to the serving role, and select Feature.
  3. If the role is a part of multiple serving teams, click the serving teams you want to feature.
  4. If you want the featured role to expire automatically, select a date.
  5. Click Save.
