System-wide Settings

Go to System Settings to customize your church management software.

No two churches, parishes, or denominational organizations do things exactly the same. To accommodate missional and polity differences, many of Realm's general system settings can be customized, allowing you to track or search data based on your preferences.

To view system settings, in the left menu, click Admin > System Settings

There are three areas to customize:
  • General settings, such as family connections/positions, profile information, etc.
  • The content in system emails, which are automatically sent based on a trigger, such as canceling an event or making a payment.
  • Note, event, and pathway tags, which are used for sorting and filtering.
