Manage Your Account
The Manage Realm Account page contains information about your church account and profile, billing invoices, and additional features you can add to Realm.
Your Church Profile
Enter information about your church and toggle settings that impact your Realm site.
You'll store unique information about your church on the Manage Realm Account page. When you purchased or converted to Realm, it's very likely that your onboarding specialist set up specific information, such as site number and package type. He or she may have also walked you through entering your address and other contact information. If any of this information changes, or you want to fill out your profile more completely, you can return to this page to make modifications.
One of the most important settings on this page to understand is the Invitation Model setting. There are three types of invitation models:
-
The invite only model provides you with the most oversight. With invite only, congregants can join Realm only by invitation sent from authorized users. With invite + Realm account sign up requests, individuals can also send a request to create a new account.
-
The open invitation model allows visitors to your website or visitors with your customized Realm URL (onrealm.org/yourchurchnamehere) a way to create a login on their own. When using this model, you do not need to invite people in, but you do have a responsibility to educate your flock about their personal privacy settings. You'll also want to monitor your activity dashboard on a daily basis to see who has signed up. Before you select this option, we recommend reading Using Realm Invitation Models-A Best Practices Guide.
The information stored on your profile page is viewed by your congregants throughout your site. For this reason, it's a good idea to fill it out as completely as possible and keep the information current. Settings you make here can also impact the behavior of your site.

Add or Update Your Logo
Your logo is an instant identifier and reassuring symbol across the site.
- Your file must be 10MB or smaller.
- Your file must be saved in the .png, .jpg, or .gif format.
- You must be an administrator to do this.
Once added, your logo appears at the top-left of every page on your site. Typically, this is your church logo or an image that contains your church name. Logos are a visual way for your users to instantly identify you and be reassured that they are in the right place.
Logo SpaceThe logo space is 212 pixels wide and 130 pixels high. You can zoom out to fit in taller logos, and Realm will add white space to fill in the area on the left and right. If you zoom in on smaller logos, it might lose crispness.
