Facilities

Delete a Facility

If a facility is no longer a valid place to hold events or you no longer need it, you can delete the record.
CAUTION: Deleting a record removes it permanently from your database. To hide the record without removing it, make it inactive instead.
  1. On the Information tab, click Facilities.
  2. Locate the appropriate record.
  3. At the top, click Delete Fac.
    Note: If the facility you want to delete has scheduled events, the deletion process stops. You must first delete the events.
  4. Click Yes to confirm.
