The Widget Configurator
Set up your widgets, your way.
Tip: Want to preview your configured widget before you place it on your website? There's a Widget Configurator widget! That's right, a widget that lets you configure widgets and see how they'll look. Keep reading to learn how to use the Widget Configurator widget.
Widgets help congregants and guests interact with your church in a safe manner. And, it's instantly captured in the MinistryPlatform database. To get started, you need to configure the widget you want to add to your website.
Here's how to configure your widgets:
- Go to your Widgets Library by appending "/widgets" to your system domain. For example,
https://example-church.ministryplatform.net/widgets. - Click the Navigate to... drop-down menu, and select Widget Configurator.
- Select the widget you want to configure, then customize your widget.
- Click Try it Out to see what your widget will look like!
- Copy the generated code from the Embed Code box.
- Add the code to the designated page on your website.
