External Links in Messages

You can include links to websites in your Messages. This can be a great alternative to sending large attachments. For example, you might place the file somewhere that your Users can access, then include a link to that file in the Message.

Links in Emails

In the Message body, enter some text to link. We recommend you make the link text actionable or describe what the recipient should expect when they click the link. Highlight the text, then click the link icon. The URL should start with "http://" or "https://".

Links in Texts

In the Message body, paste the URL (starting with "http://" or "https://") and check the character count at the bottom of the tool. Every character in the link counts toward your limit, so you may need to get creative and craft a shorter message when you include a link. Before you send your message to a wider audience, use the Send To Me option from the Send menu to test the link.
