Images in Messages

In the New Message Tool, you can insert images with a reference URL.

Note: To insert an image directly from your computer or make images actionable, check out the Template Editor Tool!

To do this, some churches hide pages on their website where they store images. Others use an online file system like Dropbox or Amazon Web Services S3. You can also have someone on your IT team upload the image to your server and provide you with the link.

To add an image, click the image button and enter the image URL. The URL must point directly to an image and not to a page that displays an image.

If there is an image that you use often (like a general email header), you could create a Template with that image already included so your staff don't have to track down the URL every time.
