Say Hello to the OnlineGiving.Org Church Chatbot Giving Assistant!
OnlineGiving.Org is pleased to announce the new revamped Church Chatbot Giving Assistant is now live! The new Chatbot Giving Assistant has been updated with an amazing look and feel automatically themed to your church giving website. Additionally, they've integrated the giving assistant with all of their text marketing features, which means all of your baptism, connection card, and Christ acceptance chatbot features are also available directly on the church giving website. Donors may now use the chatbot to complete their gift using the chatbox window in the bottom right of all giving pages.
Additionally, the chatbot can listen and speak. On supported browsers, you can have a conversation with the chatbot, so donors can use their voices to make a gift and the chatbot can speak responses on the donor's device! The giving website assistant can also live on the church's website. Church administrators may contact OnlineGiving.Org at support@onlinegiving.org to schedule installation of the giving assistant on any church website page.

Initial Setup and Requirements
You must have an account with OnlineGiving.Org before you configure the integration with MinistryPlatform.
Cost
There is no charge from ACS Technologies for configuring the integration.
Fees from OnlineGiving.Org are assessed as per each church's individual contract agreement. Churches are required to use OnlineGiving.Org's giving platform as their primary giving system.
