Intulse
Intulse VoIP phone solutions provide a flexible, feature-rich communications system that grow and change to deliver seamless scalability, HD-quality voice, and features that power mobility, collaboration, and efficiency.
Intulse merges your phone with MinistryPlatform. Any screen in the Intulse app that normally displays a simple phone number automatically searches the Caller ID in the Platform and returns any records that match. That means that when someone calls, instead of seeing the Caller ID, you'll see their name. You can also do the following:
- Click the Contact's name to go directly to their record in the Platform.
- Add call notes to the Contact log and the note automatically contains the start time and duration of the call.
- If you recorded the call, view a link to the recording in the Contact log.
You can also start calls to Contacts from within the Intulse app - just search for an individual name on the My Phone screen.

Integration Setup: In the Platform
- To set up this integration, you'll need to log in to the Intulse App on your favorite device.
- Go to .
- Create a new API Client with the following information:
- Save your new API Client.

- Click the More icon on the menu.
- Select MinistryPlatform from the More menu.
- Enter your MinistryPlatform Instance URL.
- Enter your MinistryPlatform API User Client Secret.
- Select if you want to enable automatic call logging.
- Click Save. After saving, the Authentication Status indicates if you set up the connection between Intulse and MinistryPlatform using the login information you provided.
- You can now select a MinistryPlatform User that represents you. Each member of your organization needs to complete this final step.
