View a Schedule
View schedules created for volunteers of a team.
Permissions Required
Only available to administrators and users who have the Manage Schedules permission.
The serving team schedule displays in alphabetical order by serving time/event. Roles within the serving time/event also display alphabetically.
You can filter how you view schedules by clicking any of the headers at the top of the list, such as Schedule Name, Schedule Date, etc.
- In the top-left corner, click your ministry hub then Realm. Then click .
- Click the name of the team.
- To view upcoming schedules for the team, click the Schedules tab.
- For more information about a schedule, or to edit a schedule, click the schedule's name.
- To view the schedule's assignments and dates, click the Assignments tab.
