Share a schedule using a link.
After you create a schedule, you might need to share it in an email, website or other online communication. Copy and paste the shareable link to share the schedule in an email, on a website or in other online communication.
Get a Link to Share a Schedule for Administrators
Share a schedule using a link as an administrator.
Permissions Required
Only available to administrators and users who have the Manage Schedules permission.
- In the top-left corner, click your ministry hub then Realm. Then click .
- Click the name of the team.
- To view upcoming schedules for the team, click the Schedules tab.
- Click next to the schedule's name and select Get Shareable Link.
- If you want volunteers to add themselves to the schedule, enable Volunteer Signup.
- Select which volunteers others can see on the public schedule.
- Click Copy Link. You can now share this schedule's link on your website, in an email, or in other online communication.
- If Volunteer Signup is enabled, click Email Schedule Link to send the link to all volunteers.
Get a Link to Share a Schedule for Leaders
Share a schedule using a link as a leader.
Only available to team leaders who have the Manage team schedules permission.
- In the top-left corner, click your ministry hub then Connect. Then click Serving.
- Click the team's name to view the leader dashboard for that team.
- In the Volunteer Scheduling section, click Manage volunteer schedules in detail.
- Click next to the name of the schedule, then select Get shareable link.
- If you want volunteers to add themselves to the schedule, enable Volunteer Signup.
- Select which volunteers others can see on the public schedule.
- Click Copy Link. You can now share this schedule's link on your website, in an email, or in other online communication.
- If Volunteer Signup is enabled, click Email Schedule Link to send the link to all volunteers.
