Registration Event Management

Cancel a Recurring Registration Event

You can cancel a recurring event.

Permissions Required

Only available to administrators and users who have the Manage Events permission.

With a recurring event, you can create a registration event that repeats, such as "Weekly on every Wednesday". Once you've added the event, administrators or users with permission can cancel the event as needed.
  1. In the top-left corner, click your ministry hub then Realm. Then click Registration Events > Upcoming.
  2. Click the ellipsis icon next to the event and select Cancel.
  3. Choose whether to cancel a specific occurrence or all events on or after a certain date.
  4. If you are canceling a single occurrence of the event, choose whether to send an email notification to event registrants.
  5. Click Ok.
