Email History

View Who an Email Was Sent To

See a list of individuals that an email was sent to.

You can view a list of individuals an email was sent to. The My Communications page displays the first 100 individuals and their email addresses. If there are more than 100 individuals, you can export a .csv to see the full list.
  1. In the top-left corner, click your ministry hub then Realm. Then click Communications > My Communications.
  2. Click the subject of the email to view the email's details.
  3. In the email details, click View to see a list of individuals this email was sent to.
  4. To download a .csv file, click the Download .csv button.
