Email History

Copy Email Content from Email History

Copy the content of an email in the email history.

You can copy the content of a previously sent email from the email history. You can then paste that content into a new email and modify it as you need.
Note: Emails are deleted from the Email History page after one year. You can archive an email if you need to save it for a longer period of time.
  1. In the top-left corner, click your ministry hub then Realm. Then click Communications > My Communications.
  2. If you need to copy content from an archived email, click the Archived tab.
  3. Clickthe filter button if you need to filter to find a specific email.
  4. Click the subject of the email to view the email's details.
  5. Click Copy Email Content to copy the content of your email to your computer's clipboard.
  6. Create an email from a location in Realm as you normally would and paste the content you copied into the new email.
