View Email Statistics from Email History
View an email's statistics from email history.
For more information about bounced emails or other email issues, see Email Troubleshooting.
Note: If emails are bouncing because an address is marked as abusive, spam, or unsubscribed, please contact Support with a list of the affected email addresses.
- In the top-left corner, click your site name then Realm. Then click .
- Click the subject of the email to view statistics for that email.
- Click the number under the statistic category to see the individuals in that category. For example, to see which individuals didn't receive the email because they don't have an email address on their profile, click the number under the Missing Emails category.
- While viewing the statistics for a specific category, click the Download .csv button to download a .csv file with a list of the individuals in that category. For example, click the number under the Successful Deliveries category, then click Download .csv to download a .csv of the individuals who successfully received the email.
