Manage Scheduled Emails
View emails that are already scheduled from the email history.
If you schedule an email, all individuals you selected at the time of sending the email will receive it even if they no longer meet the criteria to get the email on the send date. For example, if you send individuals in a group a scheduled email, and a participant then leaves the group, they will still receive the scheduled email when it sends.
- In the top-left corner, click your ministry hub then Realm. Then click .
- Click the Scheduled tab to view the scheduled emails.
- Click next to the email's topic to manage the email.
- Select Edit to edit the email.
- Select Cancel to delete and cancel sending the email.
