Email History

View Unsubscribed Individuals from Email History

See who has unsubscribed from receiving emails from Realm.

When someone unsubscribes from an email, they no longer receive most emails from Realm. These congregants will still receive certain emails such as contributions statements and password reset emails. When you send an email from Realm to people who have unsubscribed, you can view these individuals in the email's statistics. You can also download a .csv file that includes a list of individuals who are unsubscribed.
Note: To resubscribe someone to Realm emails, you must contact the Realm support team.
  1. In the top-left corner, click your site name then Realm. Then click Communications > My Communications.
  2. Click the subject of the email, then click the number in the Unsubscribed category.
  3. To download a .csv file of individuals who are unsubscribed, click the Download .csv button.
