Edit a User's Permissions

Change the permissions of a user with responsibilities.

  1. Sign in as an administrator.
  2. Click Admin > Users & Permissions > Users With Responsibilities.
  3. Scroll through the list of users to locate the record you want. Or click the magnifying glass icon, and enter a name in the field.
  4. Point to the user's record and click the ellipsis icon then Edit.
  5. Select the responsibilities you want to assign this user. Responsibilities determine the level of access a user has to your records. They can be added or edited by an administrator or user with permissions.
  6. Click Save.
