Change a Contribution's Rate or Total

If needed, you can change the rate or total for a family's contribution.

  1. On the Information tab, click Tuition & Fees > Rates/History/Keywds.
  2. Locate the appropriate record.
  3. Click the button beside Funds Used, and select the fund.
  4. Click Show Rates if they're not already displayed. Click Change Rate/Total.
  5. Select whether to change the existing rate or the existing total.
  6. Enter the new value and enter the date when the new rate should take effect.
  7. Click Change/OK.
  8. At the top, click Save.

An activity of "System Rate Change" displays in the grid at the bottom.
