Enter a Billing Address

You can enter a billing address if the address for the fund statements is different from the family's mailing address. You can also send courtesy copies of billing statements to a relative or send copies to a different address during specific times of the year.
  1. On the Information tab, click Tuition & Fees > Billing Address.
  2. Locate the appropriate record.
  3. Click Funds Used, and select the fund this billing address applies to.
  4. Enter the name, billing address, and any other information.
  5. In the Statements drop-down list, you can specify what you want to print.
    • Send no Mail—Don't send a billing statement or courtesy copy even if there's a name and address listed.
    • Send Statements Always - Send Courtesy Copy to the Family—Always send the billing statement to the name and address listed in the Billing Address section, and also send a courtesy copy to the family's mailing address.
    • Send Statements Always - Do Not Send Courtesy Copy to the Family—Always send the billing statement to the name and address listed in the Billing Address section, and don't send anything to the family.
    • Send Stmts Only Part of the Year - CC the Other Part - CC to Family—Send the billing statement to the name and address listed in the Billing Address section only during the billing period, and send a courtesy copy to the family's mailing address. For the rest of the year, the family receives the billing statement, and the name/address listed receives a courtesy copy.
    • Send Stmts Only Part of the Year - CC the Other Part - no CC to Family—Send the billing statement to the name and address listed in the Billing Address section only during the billing period, but don't send anything to the family. For the rest of the year, the family receives the billing statement, and the name/address listed receives a courtesy copy.
    • Send Stmts Only Part of the Year - no CC the Other Part - CC to Family—Send the billing statement to the name and address listed in the Billing Address section only during the billing period, and send the family a courtesy copy. For the rest of the year, the family receives the billing statement, and the name/address listed doesn't receive a courtesy copy.
    • Send Stmts Only Part of the Year - no CC the Other Part - no CC to Family—Send the billing statement to the name and address listed in the Billing Address section only during the billing period, and don't send anything to the family. For the rest of the year, the family receives the billing statement, and the name/address listed doesn't receive a courtesy copy.
    • Send Courtesy Copy Only—Always send the billing statement to the family, and always send a courtesy copy to the name and address listed in the Billing Address section.
  6. If you select to send a statement for part of the year, the Bill From and Bill To fields are enabled. Enter the dates when you want to send the billing statement.
  7. At the top, click Save.
  8. To enter additional billing addresses, click Add at the bottom of the window.
    A new tab is added for each additional address.
