  2. To add a date manually, click Add Date at the top.
  3. Enter a name for the special day or holiday.
  4. Enter or select a date or date range.
  5. If you want to set a calculation for next year, select an option from the drop-down list.
Note: These predefined calculations cannot be modified or deleted.
  6. If you want to display an image associated with the special day or holiday, click the browse icon yellow folder and locate the image. To use the predefined image (if available) for this special day or holiday, click Use Default.
  7. Under Show on these Calendars, select which event calendars you want the special day or holiday to display on. To quickly select or clear all event calendars, click Mark All or Clear All.
  8. Under On Screen Calendars, select Mark in Color on Calendars if you want the special day or holiday to display with a blue background on calendars in your program. This indicates the date is special when scheduling events.
