Copy an Existing Event or Class

If you have an event coming up that's similar to one you've already added, you can copy an existing event to a new record and make any necessary changes. Optionally, you can copy the participants list over, too.
  1. On the Personnel tab, click Events & Classes.
  2. Locate the appropriate record.
  3. In the navigation menu, click Copy Existing Event.
  4. Click Yes to confirm that you want to copy this event.
  5. Select whether to copy participants over to the new event.
  6. The copied record displays with the event name, "Copy-" plus the original name. Edit the event name and any other information about the new event.
  7. If needed, update the participants list for the new event.
  8. At the top, click Save.
