Copy an Existing Event or Class
If you have an event coming up that's similar to one you've already added, you can copy an existing event to a new record and make any necessary changes. Optionally, you can copy the participants list over, too.
- On the Personnel tab, click Events & Classes.
- Locate the appropriate record.
- In the navigation menu, click Copy Existing Event.
- Click Yes to confirm that you want to copy this event.
- Select whether to copy participants over to the new event.
- The copied record displays with the event name, "Copy-" plus the original name. Edit the event name and any other information about the new event.
- If needed, update the participants list for the new event.
- At the top, click Save.
