Support

We offer a variety of support options to handle many of your how-to questions. If self-service options do not answer your questions, our support specialists can talk you through in-depth, personalized troubleshooting.

All of your support and training options are now conveniently located from inside your software product. To launch the Assistant, click the Help icon located in the upper right menu bar, beside your profile.

  • When first launched, the Assistant suggests answers to top questions within the context of where you are working. To expand your search, you can open a new tab to browse all product documentation.

  • We've also made it more convenient to interact with our support team. You can initiate a live chat or phone call, send an email, or click to share your screen with a support representative. Hours of operation are conveniently located at the bottom of the Assistant.

  • Browse training and webinars or engage with a community of ministry professionals using the convenient MinistrySmart Academy and Community links.
