    • All business documents must be issued by a trustworthy authority such as a federal/state/municipal government, public institution (tax authority, securities and exchange commission, an so on), chamber of commerce, business registry, and so on.
Important: Submitting unsupported documents is the primary reason for developer verification failures.

Your organization name or address is no longer verified:

If you receive this email, you'll need to verify that your organization information is correct in your Dun & Bradstreet profile.
  • If it's correct, then you'll want to update your information in Account Details for your Google developer account.
  • If it's incorrect, then you'll need to submit an update request through D&B Support. The information needs to match your Google developer account information.

Your developer account is at risk of being closed because it's not being used:

Google marks developer accounts as "inactive" and queues them for closure based on the following criteria:

An inactive developer account without apps:
  • The developer account was created more than a year ago.
  • It has never submitted an app for review.
An inactive developer account with apps:

  • It has not verified their Play developer account phone number and contact email address.
  • It has not used Play Console in the last 180 days.
If you receive this email, you'll need to complete the following steps:
  1. If you haven't done so, log in to your Google Play Console developer account, and verify your email address and phone number on the Account details page. You'll receive a confirmation email.
  2. Check with PocketPlatform Support for the date of your app's last update in Google Play.
