Volunteer Schedules
When a coordinator creates a schedule in Volunteer Connect (even if it hasn't been published yet), a Schedule record is added for each event date. This record includes all the details of the volunteer schedule for the event.
Schedule Fields
- Schedule Name
- The name that was entered in Volunteer Connect to describe the schedule.
- Event
- The event that was selected in relation to this schedule.
- Schedule Status
- Indicates whether the schedule is in draft, has been published, or has been archived.
- Group
- The volunteer group associated with this schedule.
- Coordinator
- The person who was selected in Volunteer Connect as being responsible for this schedule and its volunteers.
- Allow Volunteer Signup
- Indicates whether volunteers are able to sign up for open serving times that are applicable to their role(s) on published schedules in Volunteer Connect.
